LRP Agency is a strategic personal and business development firm in Charlotte, North Carolina.
We are an award-winning agency, with nearly two decades of strategic advisory & advocacy experience.
It's no secret that 17% of black women are starting and operating businesses. However, only 3% are running mature businesses.
This is why we partner with corporations, non-profit organizations, and governments to provide strategic advisory, consulting, and impact implementation services to empower, educate, and equip women of color founders, to build sustainable lives and businesses.
LRP Agency takes a three-prong method to building impactful initiatives for women entrepreneurs which includes a clear Vision, a tactful Strategy, resulting in effective Impact Implementation to ensure that corporation are participants in the upward mobility of women of color business owners.
