Lindsay has the amazing gift of being able to engage in the hard discussions of equity and wellbeing in the workplace, without making them seem insurmountable. She has a strong sense of what is necessary, and the ways in which to motivate folks to move towards a solution- aligning individual interests with company priorities and needs. Lindsay brings her whole self to her work. Her energy, empathy, efficiency, and commitment to ensuring companies are walking the talk when it comes to DEI has been paramount to pushing projects forward.
